How payments work

Instaclean processes payments securely when you book. You’ll see the total before you confirm, including estimated taxes and fees where applicable.

When you’re charged

Depending on your market and payment method, we may authorize or capture payment when the booking is confirmed or shortly before the visit. You’ll always receive a receipt by email and can view history in your account.

Refunds and disputes

If a booking is cancelled within the eligible window, refunds are returned to your original payment method. For service issues, contact support with your booking ID—we’ll review against our policies and Booking Cover where relevant.

Cleaner payouts

Cleaners are paid for completed jobs according to Instaclean’s payout schedule in their region. Payouts are tied to job completion and quality standards; adjustments may apply for cancellations, disputes, or policy violations.
