How to book a cleaner

Instaclean connects you with vetted home cleaners in your area. Booking takes a few minutes: select what you need, choose a date and arrival window, and confirm payment details. You’ll see confirmation in the app and by email.

Before you book

• Have your full address and any access notes ready (gate codes, parking, pets).
• Decide whether you need supplies provided or will supply your own.
• Pick a time when someone can grant entry or leave clear instructions.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel from your Instaclean account before the cutoff shown at checkout. Closer to the start time, fees may apply to compensate cleaners who have reserved the slot. Exact windows and any fees appear on your booking summary.

If something changes on the day

Message your cleaner through Instaclean if you’re running late or need to adjust access. If they cannot reach you at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked as a no-show according to our terms.
