Booking Cover describes limited assistance Instaclean may provide when a qualifying booking does not go as planned. It is not insurance and does not replace homeowners’ or renters’ insurance.
What may be covered
Examples may include a cleaner cancelling last minute without an acceptable replacement, significant service quality failures documented according to our process, or certain payment errors. Eligibility depends on the facts and Instaclean’s policies at the time of the booking.
What is not covered
Normal wear, pre-existing damage, issues outside Instaclean’s control, violations of terms, or claims that cannot be verified may be excluded. Limits and caps may apply.
How to request help
