Cleaner Agreement

This Cleaner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to Instaclean’s platform as a cleaner or cleaning provider. By accepting bookings through Instaclean, you agree to this Agreement and related policies.

Independent relationship

You acknowledge that you are an independent business or contractor, not an employee of Instaclean, unless a separate written employment agreement explicitly states otherwise. You control how you perform services, subject to customer expectations and Instaclean policies.

Quality and conduct

You agree to perform booked services professionally, respect customer property and privacy, follow safety guidance, and comply with applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

Payouts and fees

Instaclean may charge platform or service fees as disclosed in your cleaner dashboard or onboarding materials. Payout timing and methods depend on your region and verification status.

Enforcement
