User Privacy Choices

This page explains how you can control your privacy preferences when you use Instaclean. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

In the Instaclean app

Signed-in users can manage many preferences under Settings → Privacy & Security:

• Location sharing

  Whether your location is shared with cleaners when a booking needs it

• Data collection

  Whether Instaclean collects usage/analytics data to improve the app

• Profile visibility

  Whether your profile appears in cleaner search and public profile views

• Push notifications

  Managed in your device Settings → Notifications → Instaclean

• Download my data

  Request an email copy of your account and profile data

• Deactivate account

  Hide your profile and pause account access

• Request permanent deletion

  Schedule permanent deletion (30-day cancellation window; full removal may take up to 90 days)

Opt out of targeted advertising / sale or sharing of personal data

Under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor GPC browser signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out without further action. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

We have not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing and promotional messages at any time by:

• Clicking Unsubscribe in marketing emails
• Replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to promotional SMS
• Emailing privacy@tryinstaclean.com

Service-related messages (booking updates, account security, etc.) may still be sent.

Access, correct, or delete your data

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information.

• In the app: Use Download My Data, Deactivate Account, or Request Permanent Deletion under Privacy & Security
• Online request: Submit a data subject access request
• Email: privacy@tryinstaclean.com or legal@tryinstaclean.com

Authorized agents and appeals

• Authorized agent requests: Email legal@tryinstaclean.com with proof of authorization
• Appeals: If we decline your request, email appeal@tryinstaclean.com
