Open the Activity tab in the Instaclean app, find your booking, and tap Cancel booking or Reschedule. The app shows the refund or fee that applies before you confirm.

All times use the service timezone on your booking. Unpaid bookings can be cancelled without a payment reversal. For the full policy, see Cancellation & Refund Policy in Legal.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to cleaner availability. We recommend changing your appointment at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
