How to book a cleaner

Instaclean connects you with vetted home cleaners in your area. Booking takes just a few minutes: select what you need, choose a date and arrival window, and confirm your payment details. You will receive a confirmation in the app and via email.

Before You Book

  • Have your full address and any access notes ready (e.g., gate codes, parking instructions, pets).
  • Decide whether you need supplies provided or if you will supply your own.
  • Select a time when someone can grant entry or leave clear instructions.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your booking from the Activity tab before your cleaner is on the way. To receive a full refund, cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours (but not on the same day) will receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations will not receive a refund. If Something Changes on the Day

If you are running late or need to adjust access, please message your cleaner through Instaclean. If your cleaner cannot reach you at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked as a no-show in accordance with our terms.
