Instaclean processes payments securely when you book. You’ll see the total before you confirm, including estimated taxes and fees where applicable.
When you’re charged
Payment is collected when you confirm your booking at checkout (before the visit). You’ll receive a receipt by email and can view charges and refunds in the Spending tab.
Refunds and disputes
If you cancel a paid booking, refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy: full refund if you cancel 24+ hours before start, 50% if less than 24 hours (not same-day), and no refund for same-day cancellations. Most refunds arrive within 16-48 hours; depending on payment method and your bank or mobile-money provider, some may take 3-10 business days. You may also add a Refund account in Spending for mobile-money or bank payouts. For service issues after a visit, contact support with your booking ID.
Cleaner payouts
Cleaners are paid for completed jobs according to Instaclean’s payout schedule in their region. Payouts are tied to job completion and quality standards; adjustments may apply for cancellations, disputes, or policy violations.
