What happens during an Assessment
You may be asked to complete one or more trial jobs or submit photos according to in-app instructions. Our team or automated checks review checklist completion, timeliness, and customer feedback.
If you do not pass
You may receive coaching tips and another chance, or a temporary hold on new offers until issues are resolved. Contact support through the app if you believe a review was made in error.
