Claiming a job
Open the job board or notification, review address, time, pay, and checklist requirements, then tap Accept or Claim. Once claimed, the customer is notified and the job is reserved for you.
If you cannot make it
Cancel or release the job as early as possible in the app. Late cancellations may affect your rating and eligibility for future offers. Repeated no-shows can lead to account restrictions.
