Your safety and trust matter. Instaclean verifies cleaners before they can accept bookings on the platform. That includes identity verification, an application review by our team, and agreement to our platform policies.
What we verify
- Identity and contact information, including government ID (Ghana Card) and verification through our identity partner
- Cleaner application: experience, references, and other details submitted during onboarding
- Consent and policies: agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, plus consent to screening steps required for verification
Cleaners are not shown to customers for booking until their application is approved and their account is activated on the platform.
Ongoing quality
We monitor cleaner performance through bookings, support reports, and profile ratings where available. If issues come up, our team may follow up with the cleaner and take action consistent with our policies, including restricting or removing access when necessary.
Feedback and ratings
Cleaner ratings may appear on profiles to help customers choose. If something goes wrong after a visit, contact support; we will work with you to resolve it. In-app post-visit ratings are not available in the app today; when we add them, they will be subject to our review policies.
