Each booking includes a checklist in the Instaclean app. That checklist defines what is in scope for that visit.
Follow the checklist
Complete every required room and task listed. Take completion photos when prompted. If something is unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described, document it in the app and notify the customer before leaving.
Out of scope
Heavy construction cleanup, hazardous materials, pest treatment, and work requiring a license you do not hold are generally out of scope unless the job was explicitly sold as that service type.
