If you want help on a job, that person must be a registered co-cleaner on your Instaclean team. You cannot bring friends, family, or unregistered helpers to substitute for you on a booking.
What is a co-cleaner?
A co-cleaner is someone you invite to join your cleaner team in the app. They are linked to you as the lead cleaner, and you remain the verified pro who accepts and is accountable for Instaclean bookings.
Co-cleaners must complete identity verification before they can join your team. They can be:
- An existing verified Instaclean customer, or
- An existing verified Instaclean cleaner, or
- Someone new who signs up and completes identity verification after accepting your invite
How to add a co-cleaner
- Open the app and go to Profile → Invite co-cleaners (available once you are a verified lead cleaner).
- Send an invite by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or share the invite link.
- Your invitee signs in or creates an account and completes identity verification if needed.
- Once verified, they are added to your team automatically.
Invites expire after 30 days. You can revoke pending invites or remove co-cleaners from your team at any time.

You stay in charge
You are the lead cleaner and manage everyone on your team.
You are responsible for team-related conduct and issues on Instaclean, including anything involving your co-cleaners on a job.
Co-cleaners cannot take your jobs
Only you accept marketplace bookings as the lead cleaner.
Co-cleaners cannot accept or manage Instaclean jobs through the team link.
One team per co-cleaner
A co-cleaner can only belong to one lead cleaner’s team at a time.
If they leave your team, they can join another team later if invited.
What is not allowed
- Bringing someone who is not on your team as a co-cleaner
- Letting an unregistered helper perform work in your place
- Sharing your account or having someone else accept jobs for you
Violating these rules can result in removal from the platform.
For co-cleaners
If you were invited to join a team, open the invite link, sign in, and complete identity verification. You can view your lead cleaner and leave the team anytime from Settings → Cleaner team.
